J: I KNOW. Its like the only way they can communicate with each other is to engage everyone in the vicinity.
N: They do this thing where they are talking to their coworkers, but also looking around to see who is listening.
N: Possible topics: impossible roommates, land lord disputes, international travel experiences, "stalkers."
N: Also: Shift trade dramas.
J: And that rock n roll videogame.
N:Is there any way we could get money or recognition for such biting and incisive social observation?
J: If only!
N: Maybe a column in the local alternative weekly
J: Call it "sex in the city," or "city guys."
